We are most motivated, when we are learning.  When the physical experience is driven by education, physicality automatically increases—because curiosity creates intensity.

Private Training  Learning.

Designed for you, by us.

  • Private sessions allows for communications to be tuned to the way you best receive things. We constantly tune our approach to make the lesson as receivable as possible.

  • A lesson taught well, is a lesson learned intensely. Our goal is to drive passion, because you are excited to apply what is learned. Intensity in and of itself, is not a goal of a lesson, but rather a natural occurence of excitement.

Our approach to teaching techniques is to present them in a hierarchical movement, where you start from a fundamental level and build your knowledge and understanding of connected skill sets. This method ensures that you establish a solid foundation before advancing to more complex techniques and helps you develop a deeper understanding of the techniques you are learning. By mastering the fundamentals, you will be able to apply them to more advanced techniques, making your overall learning experience more efficient and effective.

Or as we like to say, “there is no such thing as advanced moves, just basic moves, done well”

  • Learning how to train is a lot like learning how to cook. Both require a certain amount of commitment and practice, but the more we learn and perfect our skills, the more independent and self-sufficient we become. When we learn how to cook, we become more capable of preparing delicious meals for ourselves and less reliant on expensive restaurants to satisfy our culinary cravings. Similarly, when we learn how to train, we become more self-sufficient in maintaining our physical health and well-being.

One of the key ingredients that makes both cooking and training so rewarding is passion. When we are passionate about something, we are driven to work hard and improve our skills even when we don't have external motivation or encouragement. Passion is what enables us to push through the challenges and setbacks that inevitably come with any kind of learning or growth.

So, whether you're learning how to cook, how to train, or anything else, remember that it's not just about acquiring knowledge or skills. It's about cultivating that passion and drive that will keep you going even when the going gets tough. The more you practice, the more you learn, and the more passionate you become, the more you will be able to achieve in any area of your life.

  • Better physique, because of better technique

Sound understanding of how fundamental principles of basic technique evolve to upper levels.

Increased practice—because you crave every opportunity to get better and apply what you’ve learned.

“there is no such thing as advanced moves, just basic moves, done well”
